The Sanitizing Vegetable is a concentrate for the hygienic washing vegetables and fruit in shell additive.

This product contains a very effective chlorine solution to wash vegetables and fruits with shell, ensuring a good cleaning at low temperature.
Does not change the properties of food.
Laboratory Tested according to EN 1040.

pH: 12 – 13
Dosage:  Wash vegetables and fruit, passing them under running water. Prepare a solution at a concentration of 5ml / L of water. Place the vegetables in the solution for 5 min. Remove and rinse thoroughly under running water.
